Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alfraretail.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid return shipping label.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
Returns are free of charge. We cover the cost of return shipping — no deductions will be made from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
